From booking to pickup

1. Book online

Choose residential or commercial, pick a size, enter your address, and choose delivery and pickup dates. Shorter rentals cost less, and you see the full price before you pay. You'll get a confirmation email right away.

2. Get ready for delivery

• Clear the spot — no cars, and leave room for the truck to back in.
• Look up: low wires and branches can block the truck.
• On a street? You may need a City of Longmont right-of-way permit. See our permit FAQ.
• Add gate codes or placement details in the booking notes.

3. Delivery

4. Load it

• Keep everything at or below the top edge.
• Spread heavy items across the floor of the bin.
• Keep prohibited items out. See the list.

5. Pickup

We pick up on the date you chose. Done early? Just email hello@longmontdumpster.com and we'll come sooner (please give us at least 4 hours' notice). Need more time? Ask us to extend at $20/day.

6. Final bill

If the load is under the included weight and you kept to your dates, you're done. If it's over, the overage ($100/ton, prorated) is charged to your card on file after we weigh it.
