How much does a dumpster rental cost in Longmont?+
Our dumpsters start at $345. A 10 Yard is $395 for up to 3 days or $425 for a full week. Every price includes delivery, pickup, disposal, and the included weight. The only possible extras are more days ($20/day), weight over the allowance ($100/ton, prorated), and certain items like tires and appliances.
Can I book a dumpster online?+
Yes. Choose your size, enter your address, pick your delivery and pickup dates, and pay. You'll get a confirmation email right away — no phone tag, no waiting for a quote.
Do I need to be home for delivery?+
No. Just tell us where you'd like the dumpster placed when you book, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll call you when we're on our way.
What size dumpster do I need for a garage cleanout?+
Most one- or two-car garage cleanouts fit in a 10 Yard (about 4 pickup loads). If you're also clearing a basement or attic, the 15 Yard is our most popular size. Still unsure? Text us and we'll help you choose.
How long can I keep the dumpster?+
As long as you need. Prices are set for up to 3, 5, or 7 days (up to 10 on the 30-yard), and you can book up to 30 days online at $20 for each extra day. Done early? Text us and we'll come sooner.
What's the 6-yard dumpster?+
It's for small, quick jobs: up to 3 days and ½ ton of weight for $345. We deliver it in our 10-yard bin, so you have plenty of room. For bigger or longer projects, the 10-yard is the better value.
Can you deliver today?+
Often, yes. Book online before 11 AM and you can choose today as your delivery date. We'll call to confirm the time.
What can't go in a dumpster?+
No hazardous materials, liquids (paint, oil, chemicals), batteries, or flammable items. Tires, appliances with Freon, and mattresses can go in for an added fee. If you're unsure about something, just ask.
Can you put the dumpster in my driveway?+
Yes, a driveway is usually the easiest spot. You'll need a clear, level space about the size of the bin, room for the truck to back in, and no low wires or branches overhead. Add any details in the placement notes when you book.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster on the street in Longmont?+
If the dumpster sits on a public street, sidewalk, or other public right-of-way, the City of Longmont requires a right-of-way permit for temporary obstructions, which includes dumpsters. A dumpster on your own driveway or private property generally doesn't need one. Check the City's Work in the Right-of-Way Permit page or call the City at (303) 651-8330 for current rules.
What if I go over the weight limit?+
Each size includes a weight allowance (½ ton to 3 tons depending on size). If you go over, it's $100 per ton, prorated, charged to your card on file. We'll let you know the final weight after pickup.
